NeuroDesk has been building and running business infrastructure since 2016. Server rooms, multi-site networks, security, cloud. The environments where an outage costs real money and nobody accepts "it usually works" as an answer.
That is the discipline we bring to every project, whether it is a company that runs on its network or a home that finally works the way you pictured it. Our consultants hold CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, and we approach every project the way an engineer approaches infrastructure: understand the whole before touching any part.

Document everything
Every system we build leaves behind a map. Labeled cables, as-built diagrams, photos before walls close and trenches backfill. A technician showing up in 20 years with zero context should be able to service what we built. That is the test.
Infrastructure first
The network backbone goes in before a single device. It is the difference between a system that works on day one and a system that still works when you have doubled the devices on it.
No lock-in
We build on standards, not gimmicks. You own your equipment, your credentials, and your documentation. If you ever want someone else to take over, they can. Nobody ever does, but they could.
We stay after go-live
Handoff is not goodbye. After a system goes live we refine it around how you actually use it. Timers get tuned, scenes get adjusted, and the system ends up fitting your life instead of the other way around.
The person who designs your system installs it.
No sales team handing you off to a project manager handing you off to a subcontractor. The consultant who walks your property, designs your system, and quotes the work is the one on site during the install and the one who answers when something needs attention afterward.
NeuroDesk is led by Mustafa "Moose" Salloum, a Windsor-based technology consultant with CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications. He has designed and supported business networks, cloud systems, cybersecurity programs, and residential technology since 2016.
That is not a scaling problem. It is the product. Every project is personally overseen from the first walkthrough to the last labeled cable, and it shows in the work.

Home base is Windsor and Essex County, and we serve London, Chatham and all of Southwestern Ontario. For clients who trust us with multiple properties, we travel: cottages, vacation homes, investment properties.
